What are your shipping options?
We have 5 domestic shipping options to choose from upon checkout. For items needed in a hurry, please select one of our expedited shipping options to receive your item(s) sooner. For boutique customers in the Lakeland, Florida area, we do offer free local pickup. Read below for more instructions on how to select the right shipping for you!
*Please keep in mind that weather delays, COVID-19 related delays, and delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions, are outside our control.
Standard US Shipping - Our boutique offers standard shipping on all US orders! Shipping cost is based on weight. Just please give us 1-2 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed, it will arrive in 3-5 business days. Orders over $50 ship for free.
Free Local Pickup - We offer free local pickup at Catapult Lakeland in downtown Lakeland, Florida. Please give us 1 - 2 days for processing. Once your order is ready, you'll be notified via email. Our pickup hours are subject to change but currently as follows:
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12 Noon - 4:30 pm

Expedited Shipping - $19.90 - Place your order by 2pm EST, and we’ll ship it out the same business day. You will receive your order in 1 - 2 business days.
International Shipping rates?
We do not offer International shipping rates at this time, but may expand to this option in the future. If you are an international shopper and would like to request international shipping, please email us at email@example.com and let us know where you would like us to ship!
There may be additional delays due to weather and USPS/UPS exceptions that are beyond our control.
Lost Packages- If your package is lost or stolen, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note this may take up to 2 weeks.
Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address we will replace your items or issue a refund if they are not available. However, if the shipping carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.
Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Any delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather related delays are beyond our control.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship the next business day after the order has been placed! We’ll email you the tracking information as soon as your order ships. We do offer expedited shipping options if you’re shopping in a hurry. For free shipping from our boutique, processing may take up to two business days.
